Welsh Tango All Day Spring Showcase

We are excited to invite you Wales First All Day Tango Show Case. Unfortunately we are unable to run full Spring Weekender this year, however, you will not miss out on a great day of Tango.
The All Day Showcase is an event designed to show off the South Wales Tango scene and highlight local talent. We are very please to have Swansea’s own Tara and Sarah teaching their first workshop and join Cardiff Sian and Mike Fussell as well as Eduardo Bozzo who has been teaching in Wales for many years. All that learning will make you hungry so will be providing and picnic lunch in Singleton Park (unless its raining in which case we will have it inside). We will finish the day with a milonga with live music from Gary Philips and Dave Cottle.

10:30-11:15: Workshop 1 Lean, dips and simple lifts for social dancing taught by Tara and Sarah of Urban Tango Nights
11:30-12:15: Workshop 2 Dancing in Confined Spaces Taught by Sian and Mike Fussell
12:15-13:45: Picnic in the park, (or if weather is wet/cold inside)
13:45-3:15: Workshop 3 Joys of the Bite taught be Eduardo
15:15-19:15 Tea Dance Milonga with Live Tango music from Gary Philips and Dave Cottle plus DJing from Sian Fussell

There is are a number of food outlets on campus and number of local pubs and restaurants within 20 minutes walk of the campus
Refund and Cancellation Policy
In the event that the festival is cancelled, the ticket holder will be contacted using the email address used to book the tickets and will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to defer their tickets to the next Welsh International Tango Festival.
Refunds will be paid via bank transfer to bank details provided by the ticket holder.
You have the right to cancel your ticket and receive a full refund up (less the 30% non-refundable deposit) to and including Sunday 22th April 2023.
