It is very difficult to give a policy for the Festival at the current time as venue rules, Welsh Government laws and general guidance may change between now and the end the November. Therefore we can only give what our current policy is:
- You must register with us before you attend as we require your details for track and trace (booking onto the Festival counts for this point as we have contact details)
- you must take a lateral flow test and be negative before attending on each day of the festival you are attending
- your temperature will be taken upon arrival, if it is too high you will be asked to take a lateral flow test
- do not attend if you are displaying any COVID-19 symptoms and if you develop COVID-19 symptoms during or after the event you must inform us
- We strongly advise that you are double vaccinated
- Under Welsh Government law beginning 15th November, COVID Passes will be required in certain venues including theatres (which our event is situated in). COVID Passes are valid if you are double vaccinated OR have had a negative lateral flow test within the last 48 hours.
- Up to date guidance from the Welsh Government can be found here.
We provide hand sanitiser at our events. We hope that these measures will allow us to come together and dance safely.
