Welsh Tango Spring Weekender

We are pleased to welcome you to Welsh Tango International Spring Weekender. On the Saturday there will be 3 open workshops with Emma Lucia Reyes and Vinicius Flores plus a Masquerade Ball with Live Music from Tango Calor and DJing from Wayne Rozier with Emma and Vinicius will also perform . The lineup also includes Eduardo Bozzo of Tango Alchemy who will be teaching a 2hr open workshop on the Sunday and a tea dance. On the Sunday there is also a 2 hour 8 Couple Exclusive Workshop with Emma and Vinicius.
The event is aimed at all types and levels of tango dancer and we are sure no matter what your preference you will find something you enjoy.
There is also limited opportunities to have private lessons from our guest teachers.

13:00-15:00 Workshop 4a: Limited Number (max 8 Couples) Intensive Workshop with Emma and Vinicius
13:00-15:00 Workshop 4b: Open level Tango Workshop: Wrapping, Unwrapping and Re-wrapping, a delve in to leg wraps with Eduardo Bozzo.
15:00-18:00 Tea Dance Milonga with DJ Eduardo
Prices
Booking Essential, for payment details please email or fill in the booking form below, bookings close midday Thursday 15th May 2025. Prices include a 30% non-refundable deposit, refunds give on cancellations ups to 15th April 2025, refunds on cancellations after this date are at the organisers discretion.
10% discount if booked with passes for Welsh International Tango Festival or Welsh Tango Nuevo Festival
Full Pass 1: All Workshops with Emma and Vinicius (Workshops 1-3 plus 4a) and all Milongas £220 (8 couples only/ limited number)
Full Pass 2: Workshop 1-3 and 4b and all Milongas £100/£170 (single/couple)
Saturday Pass: (all workshops and Milonga) £70/£130 (single/couple)
1 Saturday Workshop: £20 each
3 Saturday Workshops: £47/£85 (single/couple).

To book please fill out the contact form below stating which Pass you would like to book and if it is for a Solo dancer or a Couple. BOOKINGS HAVE CLOSED, NO ENTRY ON THE DAY.
Accommodation
We do not offer any accommodation, this will need to be booked separately. We are also not liable for accommodation costs in the event of a cancellation of the event.
Food
There is are a number of food outlets on campus and number of local pubs and restaurants within 20 minutes walk of the campus
Refund and Cancellation Policy
In the event that the festival is cancelled, the ticket holder will be contacted using the email address used to book the tickets and will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to defer their tickets to the next Welsh International Tango Festival.
Refunds will be paid via bank transfer to bank details provided by the ticket holder.
You have the right to cancel your ticket and receive a full refund up (less the 30% non-refundable deposit) to and including Thursday 17th April 2025.
