We would like to welcome you to Wales’ 8th International Tango Festival.
The event will be run from Friday 27th November to Monday 30th November and includes workshops from some of the World’s top tango teachers and performers as well as local talent plus a a welcome milonga, a live music milonga ball with hot buffet and a live music chillout milonga tea dance.
The event is aimed at all types and levels of tango dancer and we are sure no matter what your preference you will find something you enjoy.
There is also limited opportunities to have private lessons from our guest teachers.

Chillout Milonga Tea Dance 14:00-18:00. To finish off the weekend a chance to dance and socialise to relaxing music. Live music from TBC and DJing from UTN who will be playing a range of chillout music include tango, blues, smooth modern jive plus much more.
Monday
Breakfast 10:00-11:30.
Breakfast in Zinco Lounge: Meet up and have breakfast together in the city centre. You pay for what you order.
Class and Practica 19:30-22:30:
Free Class followed by a practica with Urban Tango Nights in Taliesin.

Prices shown are early bird prices and after 14th September will rise by 10%.
Booking Essential, for payment details please email or fill in the booking form below, bookings close 9pm Thursday 26th November and there will be no entry on the day (including milongas). We will be taking payment by bank transfer or by cash or card in our classes and events.
We require a 30% non refundable deposit, and will collect the remaining balance in September (unless you want o pay all up front). Bookings after these dates will require full payment and include the 30% non refundable deposit. No refunds for cancellations after 1st October

Accommodation
We do not offer any accommodation, this will need to be booked separately. We are also not liable for accommodation costs in the event of a cancellation of the event.
Food
There is are a number of food outlets on campus and number of local pubs and restaurants within 20 minutes walk of the campus.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
In the event that the festival is cancelled, the ticket holder will be contacted using the email address used to book the tickets and will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to defer their tickets to the next Welsh International Tango Festival.
Refunds will be paid via bank transfer to bank details provided by the ticket holder.
You have the right to cancel your ticket and receive a full refund minus 30% deposit up to midday Thursday 1st October 2026. Cancellation after this date will be at the discretion of the organisers.
